Looking for a Good Quality 16 GB USB 3.0 flash drive

I'm looking for a good quality 16 GB 3.0 usb flash drive and I was wondering if anyone could recommend me some. Looking for quality with good speed both read and write.

Was looking into the SanDisk extreme 16gb 3.0, would this be a good choice?

Sorry, I was referring to the Sandisk Extreme that you mentioned. Several reviews hold it as the best performing USB flashdrive on the market. It is also at a price point lower than that of competition in it's class.

You can find much cheaper USB 3.0 drives, but just because the interface is 3.0 doesn't mean the internal components are up to perform at that level!

Currently only looking for a 16gb 3.0 drive, if you could recommend any at that storage space. Also, just curious, why are there much cheaper USB 3.0 drives, are they cheaper in price because they aren't as fast/ not as good quality?

Yes.

Sandisk makes a quality product that you can trust. They have been making media for a loooong time.

Is there any other flash drives you would recommend that are possibly 32 GB that is under 40$ (after tax) CAD that is equally or as good as the Sandisk extreme 3.0 32GB?

Or if there are 16 GB flash drives that are equally as good as the 16GB sandisk 3.0, that are cheaper?
