After I did a clean install of windows 10 Anniversary update (ISO), I found a Defaultuser0 In my windows install.
It's a bug (during the Installation) when main account is created.

I used the command line method net "user /delete defaultuser0" to remove it. Then go back and delete the "defaultuser0" folder.
