I'm starting a project of HTPC based on Lian Li PC-Q37
Hardware list is:
Asus Rog strix z270i motherboard
Intel Core i7 7700K
Nvidia GTX 1080ti FE
32 Gb RAM
500 GB Samsung 960 Evo (M2 NVME)
Corsair SF 600 PSU
probably a mechanical HDD (2 TB Toshiba is lying around in my desk)
as for cooling I'm going to do a custom loop watercooling based on EKWB parts
At this moment All i have is a case and some of the spare parts for modding it
The Case is going to be placed horisontally.
Here is some Sketchup models and pictures of the what i have

Riser cable, fan grills and case feet

The case is a "Large" one for mini-ITX motherboard so will be heavily modded in order to make this hardware layout possible, there will be some custom lazer cut panels and other custom mods but it will take a while due to the fact that local choice of hardware and prices are not the best in the world, most parts have to be brought from EU and USA and I live in the middle of Siberia

Slowly i'm trying to find out if my plan is actually feasable. I've already designed and ordered laser cut "side" panels made from 10 mm acrilic and 2 mm aluminum

It will be lit from the inside with some rgb led strips controlled by aquacompuret farbwerk https://shop.aquacomputer.de/product_info.php?products_id=3232
However Mini-ITX mobo I'm planning to use does not any usb2 onboard sockets i had to order lots of small cables from all around China (including led strips)

Slowly but shurely the build is going on
Got 2 HWL Black Ice Nemesis 240GTS

Installed them in the case

Also managed to get a mini ITX motherboard so I can move it in the case

It was hard to get so i made my own out of ATX board
Dremmel rulles!!!

Got some EKWB goodies and a Li-heat riser cable. The Lian-li riser is superior quality from the looks but it is a little bit long for my build

Installed it with a help of XSPC radiator stands

And after reading thread about overheating of more the less the same build as mine decided to cut out some metal from the "bottom" of the case

Can you please send me link to the thread you mentioned? I'm in the process of building in q37 too. 6700k with 1070 and 2 240 rads. Very similar to yours.

Nice build, I love the horizontal mount you have going for the mobo! My PC-Q37 is on the way from the egg and can't wait

There is nothing special for horizontal mobo, just put some feet on the side of the case and flip it around) however the horizontal mount of the GPU is a bit of the chalange, especially if you live in the middle of nowhere)

Too humble

Your custom side panel is really nice though, I can't tell the difference from those pictures.
