Hey, lately I upgraded onto a new pc and I've noticed that my mouse is sort of stuttering, which wasn't the case before. The games I've noticed it happens are: Paladins (the most), CS:GO (I barely even played that game since I got that pc, but still enough to notice it, the "intensity" of stutters is the same as in Paladins), Path of Exile (not very annoying here, they are very short and hardly noticeable) and sometimes when web browsing when loading (multiple) tabs.
Here are actual examples how it looks like, though when playing it's actually a huge problem when you're trying to make a big move and the mouse just goes little by little, falling behind and after a second or two it works fine again:
You can see it when I turn right to get downstairs and check the point and surroundings.

And the second example, right after I roll:

You can see the movements are stuttery and not smooth at all, while the game itself remains buttery-smooth.
specs:
Mouse and mousepad: Logitech G203, Steelseries QCK
Win10 home, i5 7400, gtx1050 2gb (driver: 388.71), 8gb 2400mhz ram
I tested this with 3 different mice under different usb ports with the same result. Got any idea how to fix that?
