Why are you using a VGA cable?

Does the Ryzen 1200 have a built in GPU? if so try that instead of the GTX 1060
Or you can try the GTX 1060 in another machine if you have one

Does the fans on the GTX 1060 spin?

Your 1060 isn't broken. Pascal doesn't support analog display outputs. You need to get a panel from this decade that supports at least DVI or you need to buy an active DVI to VGA adapter for ~$30. Passive DVI to VGA adapters won't work.

Ryzen 1200 doesn't have an APU so don't bother trying to use the motherboard outputs.
He already tried DVI and HDMI it says so in the OP so its not a question of imputs

He didn't say he used them natively. He's using an adapter in his picture.

You can't use any passive adapters on Pascal.

You are really asking if the Ryzen 1200 has a built in GPU?
