The cooler is the Noctua NH-D15S with Chromax accesories and Chromax fans.
As for the GPU, yes, I changed the GTX 970 for this one and the AMD GPU without external software control it´s a wattage devourer. It starts to ramp up heat like a beast.
I recommend a small fully modular PSU, gives you much more room beneath the case and should help airflow and thus temps. Mine is a semimodular, full ATX one, it takes up quite the whole space.
I´ve seen some builds in the H200i case made with double AIO coolers. One 240, or 280 for the CPU and one 120 for the GPU. They look quite nice and reduce internal case heat. Everything depends on how much you would spend on the system or if you want a quieter system. Check out PCPartPicker, there you can check builds done in the H200 or the "i" version.
