Help with undervolting i5-8250U

I've a Acer Aspire E5-576G with a i5-8250U CPU and need help with undervolting it. What tool should I use to do this is Intel Extreme Tuning Utility good enough? If so what settings should I use. I'm using this laptop for gaming and it frequently reaches 90-98C. Sometimes even 100C recorded. I read somewhere that this CPU is designed to work under these conditions or something like that. But I really don't feel safe and need to cool it a bit. I'm currently using Cooling pad and a Vacuum cooler.

Check these two videos and don't copy the settings understand them then experiment (But to say the truth with an 8250u reaching 100c i would recommend cleaning the fans and repasting too)
