I'm putting together and water cooling system and already have the Lian Li 011 Dynamic XL and matching 011 Dynamic/Dynamic XL D-RGB+DDC 3.1 distribution plate. Now all that's needed is the radiators selection, RGB controller for the case and distribution plate since Rog Maximus-V Gene Formula Extreme doesn't have an RGB controller. I'm a Hardware Labs fan and currently own two SR-1 560 radiators (8 Gentle Typhoons 1600 rpm) was eyeballing the 360 SR-2 and GTS 360 for my new build, but would need to run a pull only on the SR-2.

The Lian Li 011 Dynamic XL has 85mm clearance on the bottom and 74mm on the top, I'm looking for silence 1000-1300 rpm fans (considering the Gentle Typhoons are to audible at 4-5 feet) and want capacity and cooling performance at the low-mid speed fans for future expansion.

Also anyone here think I should replace the DDC 3.1 with a higher power model?

Your recommendation and expertise is welcome.

A few weeks ago I built my equipment in that case. I replaced the distro plate pump, a DDC 3.1 for a 3.20 DDC, and kept the original as a spare, just in case it breaks down. I attach a photo and a pdf with the components used in the liquid in case they help you.

I would check your actual clearance for the length and width of the HWL rads in that case more than the thickness.
You just saved me from a major headache, thank you! I canceled my order for the Hardware labs radiators which will not fit! I never thought the Hardware labs radiators were that much different in size, I never owned any other brand and figured they were all the same.

I appreciate the link to your build/components, thank you.

thats why I went for the phanteks P600s over the 011 dynamic.
Actually I was mistaken, they will fit. The Hardware Labs radiators are 14mm off the threads mounts from the fans mounts or 105mm from thread to thread and a total of 133mm wide, so I measured 14mm off each hole and actually have room to spare. Being able to use the SR-2 will spare me a lot of restriction to compensate for the restrictive GTS 360. I really wanted a second SR-2 on top, but that was never in the cards.

At least now we know for certain the Lian Li Dynamic XL can fit 120mm Hardware Labs radiators.

I am starting to wonder if 16mm OD tubing is too big for the Drynamic XL case or just too big in general.
For this lian li o11 dxl yes, with a corsair 1000d that would be fine.

Keep an eye on heatkiller new to be released radiator in the fall. It’s been awhile since we seen new innovations in radiators.
