Hi,

i was able to get my 9700k stable at 5ghz after pass AIDA stress test and intel burn test! After that i'm able to do daily tasks and gaming without interruption! But in OCCT test i have same errors.

my setup:
Intel i7 9700k
Aorus z390 master
Corsair Vengance RGB Pro 3200

What am I missing to get stable?

CPU VRM sw freq-->300 khz
and raise vcore a little higher. (1.30v)

You can also try raising the vcore even more and reducing the LLC. The transients will be better (1.30-->1.350v, LLC Turbo-->High).

Keep it under 1.4v for daily use. Your vcore is certainly low for 5GHz from my sightings.
Thanks! ;)

Now i set 1,33v and its more stable with your tips! When you say "CPU VRM sw freq" it's "CPU Vcore PWM Switch Rate"?
