Memory not running at 3200mhz?

Memory has tons of timings, but only the first 4 are ever advertised.

16 is CL. That's probably TCL. Set it to 17 for now.

Or you may need to do 17-19-19-37. That's probably TCL, TRCDRD, TRCDWR, TRP, and TRAS. I'm going by what they're labeled in CPU-Z.

Just looked up the timings for the 4 stick kit and they are 16-20-20-38 so should I try them?

Sure, give it a shot. If those timings don't work, then try 17-20-20-38.

Well I finally got it to run at 3200mhz by doing the following.
Dram frequency- ddr43200
Flck- 1600mhz
Uclk div1 mode- uclk==memclk
and timings of- 17-16-16-16-38
