It's been a long time since I messed with 775 socket or anything in that era. But you could try SetFSB or ClockGen.

I'm not 100% sure it'll work but it's worth a shot. You could also look into pin mods as well but I'm not sure with a Q9505

Thank you for your answer. SetFSB didn't work (Honestly i have no idea what value to put in to not screw my PC) I'll try clockgen though. Thanks!

Ok I downloaded clockGen but I have no idea what my PLL is... Is it determined by mobo or by cpu?
 
Unless you have overclocking exprience using pin mods can very easily mean you break entire pc

You want to look on the motherboard PCB for the PLL chip to get the cloak generator ID. An example would be: SetFSB Error: PLL Id error?

In my case, I needed to follow the guide on PLL Pinmod Overclocking Methods and Examples to remove the TME lock on my Dell mobo before SetFSB would work.
