Im wanting to take the stock MS Win11 ISO and alter the bloat on it, then re-make the ISO... I think you all understand what im trying to say here, but what program can help me do this?

will it be based on 21H2 or 22H2? I cant stand 22H2 so I downloaded the ISO for 21H2 from MS.

looks like 21H2 is there!! Sweet
NTlite can do what you need. I use it for all my Win10 & Win11 isos for striping out all the Windows crap I don't use (store, IE, everything) and enabling/disabling windows feature/privacy settings.
You can break Windows by removing some things but when you get used to it, you know what to remove and what not to.

Yes there are both versions available, get which you prefer best. You have the option of normal or superlite installation both with or without defender.

Use it for almost 2 years now, never had an issue. Very low in processes and ram use.

So question?! There seems to be a few links to download different verrsions of this ISO, im looking for the latest version he offers with 21H2, would it be "update 9" on this link.... https://ghostcloud.ml/wp1/w1121h222000/
You can edit it through DISM.
