Just updated to this BIOS and I can finally use all 192 GB of RAM at the rated 5600Mhz Yay. I should add, it took about 30 minute to train the memory in so be patient.

I am also running two sets of CMH96GX5M2B5600C40 Corsair memory. They are the 96GB Kits (2 * 192 GB). So ar working really well and better than before on BIOS version 12a.

Still testing, bios shows 1.0.0.7a , Hwinfo shows 1.0.0.7b.
Latency is going to be a lot worse than my well tuned 6200/2133.
That was just a first look to show 1:2 ratio was working
UCLK should manage 2000 give or take
and timings need to be sorted
That is quite literally the XMP for the kit of A-die I have.
Will post back when I have a set of good timings, I'll either go 7800 or try 6400 1:1 as that was nearly stable last bios.

Edit: I've my son's wedding to go to, it will be a day or so, as testing takes time.

F12a got replaced by F12 but the terse description doesn't do anything to explain the difference. It's also backdated to July 10th even though it was just publicly released today. I guess it doesn't matter because F13a should be superior in every way.

Aorus.com is down by the way. They had all 25+ previous BIOS revisions available yesterday and now the site won't load.

I'm not seeing the new features "DDR5 Nitro Mode" and "Robust Training Mode". We have the sub settings to adjust the training mode, but with the currently poor documentation there isn't much point in adjusting them. 3 of them literally say something about there being no tooltip available.

I have DDR5 Nitro Mode enabled then Robust Training Mode is there to enable and it works great, its longer booting, but it helps me now have GDM off for the first time, and it works with 6200Mhz, more testing needed, but seems better bios.

The setting for this is in the AMD overclocking section, would have been better in the DDR timing section.

Thanks for answering. I thought it was just me... I guess us Gigabyte users will have to wait to play around with 8000MT/s since we are limited by max 1.430v VDD

No problem mate, just thought you may like to know that a few months ago I tried some G.SKILL Trident Z5 7800J3646H16GX2-TZ5RK memory as I thought I give it a shot of trying to get some insane scores lol, well it was faulty, one stick, and it was the older bios and this memory was 1.45v.

Because the motherboard was in AUTO reading 1.45v it worked fine, no idea why this is, but it seems manual mode is broken, but this memory and I guess others with a VDD of 1.45v or more will work.

Well thank you! What you said just gave me an idea. I tried setting an XMP profile with 1.45 VDD/Q and the ram now boots with 1.45v VDD. However, XMP VDDQ is still ignored which I think has something to do with VDDIO. So hopefully we have a temporary workaround?

Also manually set 1.5v VDD and it applied (after applying custom XMP with 1.45v VDD/Q)
