Me and my friend have 3070 + 5800x3d but different motherboars and it's unplayable. Anyone else have this problem?
My fps is great too but these stutters piss me off..Nope.
CS2 runs flawlessy for me. +500 fps on most maps with 1% lows of +400 with a 8k polling rate mouse. I use low settings. The fps is the same on 1080 and lower resolutions.
5800x3d + 3070 ti with 3800cl16 ram.
PS: Don't use the last driver from nvdia, that driver did broke the game for me, it was unplayable, reverting back fixed the issues.
didn't helptry the following.
1. If you are not using NVIDIA Audio through DP or HDMI do this.
On the device manager, disable NVIDIA High Definition Audio.
2. Disable Memory Integrity in Windows
3. Disable Steam Overlay
4. AMD fTPM is known to cause stuttering issues. Disabling it in BIOS could help

no ? unlock all core in Win 10/11 ?
I tried bitsum high performance, no luckno ? unlock all core in Win 10/11 ?
Didn't helpI would start with GPU, then checking CPU platform. The 5800x3d cache works really well for esports titles.
Some already mentioned things like the audio driver and ftpm. Try lowering GPU clock slightly (-100Mhz) or using Nvidia debug mode, maybe cap framerate to temporarily test if you are letting it run unlimited. One person posted changing out the adapter for their 3070 (i'm assuming it's a model with 12pin input) and making sure they were using separate cables from PSU.
Next step is CPU/platform, if you are running negative PBO e.g. tuner offset then raise it back or to stock. If you're running xmp try stock ram speeds, if you're running 3600Mhz memory test your vsoc isn't too high like 1.2v+ on auto when it should be around 1.1v or less.
yeah i'm thinking about go bluesGo Intel and see if the stutters are still there. I was a long time AMD guy and always had microstutter. After building an Intel Rig will never go back.
Soc 11005800x3d here with a 3080 and it is flawless. I haven't tried CS2 though.
Gamers Nexus showed bad stutters on all CPUs. I don't know if valve have fixed that yet.
I would check for any stability issues though, gpu and infinity fabric as mentioned above.
What is your fclk and SoC voltage set to? Try disabling xmp/dohc.
That ram speed is really low, the x3d doesnt care about ram but that is so slow that it might be affecting performance.Soc 1100
Ddr4-2133 1.2v
Still having stutters without xmp..
We have different motherboards and PSUs. Lower voltage didn't helpvSoC at 1.1v is very high for stock jedec. Try 1.0v or lower. My 5800x3d is running 3200MHz XMP with vSoC at 0.988v
If both you and friend are identical systems, even power supply, then I would suggest testing a different PSU if you are able. Quite a few 30xx series models had uncommon issues with power delivery.
Not sure past that sorry, stutter is very hard to nail down.
I tried clean windows, we also have different motherboards and PSUs.That ram speed is really low, the x3d doesnt care about ram but that is so slow that it might be affecting performance.
My x3d runs cs2 very well. 1% lows at almost 400 fps. Your hardware configuration or windows is to blame here.
