I can 100% assure you if you're able to add 1lb of copper shims or washers + a 420mm to the 4090 it won't go above 50c Hotspot or your money back. If that isn't enough just keep adding more lbs of copper and 420s. Gaming in 2024. Make sure the pcie connection won't snap If you add more mass to the gpu. Cement maybe.

Please update us on your GPU and GPU hotspot temps after loop completion.

It's running thank god.. got it running an hours ago..

Temps seems fine at the moment around 37-42c.. mem mem 32-38c hot spot 45-48c..

Can only get the power to around 524-540watts and I cent reach 3000mhz no matter what.. I keep raising and raising the gpu overclock and like 9950mhz is all she will go.

Damn 1.070v is killing me!!!

The last card I had with a tiny 240 aio hit 3000mhz no prob! Even boosted on its own to like 2850mhz.

This card will only boost to 2750mhz doing nothing and even settings max voltage and power it will still sit there at 2750! Haha.

Whoever scored my MSI Suprim 4090 Liquid X card really got a damn great card.

I blew $2099.99 and anorher $305 just for a sexy card.

Other card ran 3000mhz no prob and at 45-48c.

So do I need a totally different bios for this hog to get a higher voltage.. just 1.085v and I bet this card opens up.

Still nees to bleed the air from the system totally.. pumps so strong I just toss bubbles instead of them getting caught in the res. Room temps up atm and water temp is 24c.

Bring on summer when the air is running and this room will be 64c for months haha.

OMG that's overkill lol.

Those watercooled temps are fine and in-line.

Glad you fixed the GPU hotspot delta issue that you had with the previous air cooler.

Haha.. well if I can't get 3k atm.. I'll go nuts on the memory.. they like heat.. well I'm trying to get them cooking at 40c.. won't go any higher. +1360mhz and climbing.

What's a good clock on them?
Not sure. I am able to get 3,090 and 3,075 on my core, but my memory can only do 1150 to 1200mhz on the memory.

Well that was fun while it lasted. Maxed the mem clocks at +2000mhs. Slider don't go any farther :/

And I must of awakened someone cause thr max score increased to 27000+. Cant get there.. don't know how to maximize the os for a great run and running 3dmark threw steam. So maybe if I fic those 2 things haha.

Anyways happy.. 0 issues with the card benching non stop.. need to shut the system off for a min to fix the bubbles and get max temps.

Very nice build bro
Thx.. ya just can't buy a case for 4 large rada, so ya gota build one.. then I added 2 more 2 it a year ago and this monstrosity haha..

Just delided the new 14900KS maybe a week ago.. bought the Apex and 48GB TeamGroup 8200.mt DDR5 with it to push the system.

Finally got the whole build together.. though I still want a 4tb 990 and maybe 2 sticks of 1-2tb 990 m.2 drives to play with some raid channel.. since it's been a good decade + since the last time I've had a raid setup haha.

Off to play some BF2042 since the beer is flowing for the victory lap..

Will update tomorrow with some temps.

Wrong lol. The Corsair 10000D and the Lian Li V3000 Plus both will support up to 4x 480mm radiators. Of course 2 of them for each case need to be thinner than 40mm but it's capable. I have 4x 480mm radiators in my v3000 plus (2x 480mmx 35mm + 2x 480mm 50mm) lol. The case is over 120lbs but I got everything in neat package 🤣😅

Neat but not big enough.. I don't like to conform to certain layouts where someone else tells me where I got to cram in rads.

Anyways. If it was around 4+ years sgo I might of went with it.. though now I'm all about open layout.

If I'd known about the mora rads year ago I prib would of went that route and a open test bench setup.. but when ya redo your setup and upgrade every year or ever orher year it's easy to keep adding on rads.. and ya end up with going nuts like this.

This case was me trying to minimize what I had with getting the rads up high and the system below haha.

All rads 60mm thick.. push/pull on the EK EX 360 x2, 480 x2 and 2x Corsair 480 (cant remember off the top of my head of the model but 60mm I believe) push fans.

6 pumps total.. 2x Ek dual D5 serial pumps and 2 combo Ek D5 Pumps.

Just over a gallon I believe to fill it.. Mayhems X1.

Card somehow running solid at 3015mhz and whatever the ram is maxes out on the slider.. Thrilled so far!

Guessing in the end I'll have 32-34c on the gpu this summer.

Perfect card for my Samsung G9 240hz super ultra wide. :)

I had the same problem with the revised 4090fe I got last March. Once I used NVFlashK to get the original bios on there it worked way better, still not as good as my launch day 4090 Strix but still pretty good.
