System unstable when i try to use XMP I, XMP II and XMP tweaked corsair vengance ddr5 32gb dual channel 5600mhz stuck at 4000mhz.

I cant overclock my CMK32GX5M2B5600C36 on my Asus PRIME Z790-P WIFI, i tried xmp II, xmp I and xmp Tweaked. I get system unstable. Ive got a i7-13700K, i only get a black screen when i exit bios and then the system not stable run F1 setup to get back into bios appears. I have tried to manually up the volt to 1.35 but it didnt help. I have updated my bios aswell.

Please help me overclock my ram.

I think those are original samsung die chips on those sticks. I would return them if you can and get some 6400 speed any sticks. They should be much better sticks.
But really those 2x16 5600 should run on any board all the way back to z690 boards.
oh just to make sure you put sticks in right slots? 2nd and 4th from cpu? So it would be marked a2/b2 you need to use.
