If you have cores using 1.5 W or more, it means a thread is actively running on them.

1w how is that possible no apps running on background or installed? lol

Just an update finishing yesterday the instaling of the new Ultitube D5 200 and the next flow sensor. My water temp is 33c. Also i switch from TG V1 to Super cool AM5 one. 45.600 score on R5 and max temps 75. So technically not big difference on temps
 
OP,

Given that your HW monitor reports 70 in the red I believe you set Level 1 for PBO temps so you're crippling your clocks and power. Basically you told the motherboard "use all of the CPU but stay within 70'C limit for thermal envelope.

Set it to Level 3 (90 degrees). That will be the true test of your cooling. Typical 360 cooler with proper high static fans should be able to keep up at anything between 80-90'C during CineBench stress test.

Of course if you're a benchmark chaser, for those I would recommend setting up a flat curve of 100% for all of your fans :)

I just enabled PBO only no curve settings or anything else. My 9950X3D is delidded anyway
