Like the title says, is there any up to date list over games that supports multiple monitor setups?

I tried to search the forum but didn't find anything, so sorry if this already exists. Also tried to google it, found some lists but they date some years back in time.

I'm considering to dual, but before I decide anything final I'd like to get an overview of games that supports dual screen gaming. I'm considering dual screen for more reasons than just gaming, but it would be a nice bonus if some great games supported it. And do you think this is a feature more and more future games will support?

World in Conflict and Supreme Commander are, you can pull up a map on one of the Monitor, and then play on the other. This allows you to watch what's happening all around the battlefield and play on the other.

Most games will support dual monitors, but If you're playing an FPS or something, usually the crosshair is in between where the monitors separate or it's right on the edge of one so it makes it hard to play.

RTS are fun to play on Dual Monitors, Maybe some racing games, as the small separation between monitors is not a huge difficulty

yea i tried it in that but it wont extend on to the other monitor... only shrinks it down and makes it look like it wants to twork for dual monitors but stays on 1 monitor...****s weird.

World in Conflict is great to play on dual monitors. Tried some racing games also, it's not a huge difficulty - but it is a bit annoying to have the center in the middle of the two screens though, even if the separation isn't that big - so that's better on 3 monitors setup.

Anyways... when I'm saying supporing dual monitors I'm talking about games like World in Conflict that officially supports it.

Burnout paradise is meant to use the second screen to give you a full view. The car is still on the primary monitor, not split across two.

Haven't tried Burnout paradise on multiple monitor setups, but have tried some games that doesn't supporting multiple monitors officially like a couple of racing games - but you're able to "modify" to work, the center ends up in the middle whitch I personally find a bit annoying. Whitch is also why I'm wondering how many games out there actually officially supports a dual monitor setup.

Then I'm not just thinking of existing games, also future games like Diablo 3. I hoped that Star Craft 2 would support it, since that would be great - but unfortinatly they're not going to add that feature since they mean that it will give dual screen players a better advantage over single monitor players.

Only multi-monitor setup to play FPS's is Tri-Monitor and I think that requires 2 or more cards.

Every game can do dual monitors, just it is extended resolution, not say map on the left game on the right or vice versa.

Shure, that works. You can get the monitors to work as one so you extend the game over all monitors you have. But that ain't fully the same as supporing the use of two (or more) monitors though.

Anyways.. I was thinking more in the direction of the use of dual screen setups in games to get advantages such as having tacktical maps, inventory lists and such on one of the monitors. But that sort of use also applies more to strategical games and role playing games than FPS games and such.

But guess I'll have to settle with extending over two or more monitors for now then...
