Make sure you're telling it the right file. Make sure the file is on the disk. I'm not being facetious, I just had that problem and those were my mistakes.
EDIT: When I changed the name of the .rom file after I saved it I had problems flashing with it. When I used it with the name I saved it as the problem seemed to vanish.
well i have two cards they both are identical cards but one has differetn bios, im trying to get both cards to have matching bios. they are 62.92.23.00.51 and 62.92.1f.00.51 he first of the two is ok and up to date but the sec is not.
Okay, now I can't guarantee that this is an awesome idea, but you could back up the bios off of the card with the bios you want and then flash them onto the card you want to update.
its the exact same bios that i dled, same numbers and everything.i just dont know why its not reading the bios file... in nvflash it starts to but come with the error
