Well i just reformated my HD and installed a brand new 9800gt, from my old 8800gts (g80).

Now when im playing a VLC video, the edges are pretty jaggy even on my HD Movies.

I have tried different setting in nvidia control panel with no luck.

Am i missing something?

Haha, only three minutes between our messages. Just wanted to add this to mine:

VLC runs with built-in codecs... except you specifically decide to override this in the Preferences window.

I'm having the same problem, and since I'm already using Aero (and don't know enough to really adapt VLC to my needs), I guess I'll have to stick to Media Player Classic.
