I will be buying this case in a few days but one thing which is making me have second thoughts is the fact that it only has two fans slots (front and back), which probably means the airflow isn't great either as the supplied fans are low RPM. Will I see a huge increase in temps coming from my Midgard?

The PC-7 is an absolute joy to build in. There should be no problems with airflow as far as I'm concerned. If you see fit you can ziptie another fan to the back of the 5 1/4 inch drive bays.

Ha, ha, you would use duct tape on a Ferrari to make it go faster wouldn't you.

Yes it is a joy to work with, that's for sure. Makes my Antec 1200 feel and look like it's made out of Lego.

GameBoy, I have the same case, there is another new top coming soon that I seen with 2 140mm fans I plan on getting, but with the H-50 cpu cooler a top fan really isn't needed. I installed a second 140mm fan in the drive bays along with the H-50 and it stays nice and cool, I love this case!
The first picture is of my K-62, same case just steel. (prototyping the fan)

I have pics of the case if you want to see it's awesomeness.

Pics would be lovely, is that top panel with the fan available now or?

Anyway, I'm completely sold on the case, and will most likely be purchasing it soon, thanks for the reassurance and replies!

edit: Also, as there a no holes in the bay covers with the Lian Li, wouldn't it render the fan useless?

Hmm.....Stunning case, I just bought one, gonna think the build out carefully though, I want every possible cable and lead ucked away nicely and neatly, what length SATA leads you guys using, I want all nice new ones, any other tips on wiring up neatly be well appreciated !

Here's a simple mod you can do for wire managment.
