Artic f12 and noiseblocker B12-ps better then nf-12x25 - but only on CPU-cooler.
On radiator - dominante of NF-12x25 - undisputed.

quick warning, the total current of the fans might exceed the rating of the fan header, so adding a fan hub or a splitter that adds a sata or molex power to them might be needed.
the EK-FURIOUS MELTEMI fans are best i have found.

agreed there, i like the pwm making my rad sound like a sports car when it revs up.o_O

Second this. I have 3 NF-F12 3000's on my RAD in a simple push config. They move A LOT of air. They aren't overly loud either for what you're getting. My old Coolermaster fans were just as loud at 2100RPM and were way worse.

Don't buy EK fans. They're a menace to society, i'm not sure about the Meltemi specifically but my experience with 3 versions of the Evo models are that they should all be discontinued and never seen again.

Give the Arctic P12s a shot, otherwise i really like my high speed SW3's. I like them more than any of the Noctua fans i've used, but I've never tried the sterrox ones.. and you probably shouldn't spend twice as much on them anyway.

SW3 High-speed are good, I have several in my system and happy with their range of performance.

not read a review for the meltemi yet, but
Performance characteristics:
  • Max Air Flow: 121 CFM = 205 m³/h
  • Static Pressure: 7.13mm H2O = 70Pa
is the best i have found so far.

It's typically a good idea not to solely judge a fan, or any product, by it's marketing material. TPU's summation of the performance tests says it best:
"So yeah, looks like EKWB did not strike gold here with the Meltemi. If anything, these tests show that the fan is woeful compared to the 25 mm thick EK-Vardar EVO fans this fan is based off. There is definitely the effect of my testing these fans in a push configuration, which does not help that massive deadspot in airflow in the center owing to the huge motor hub, but regardless, it is a shame to see the fan louder and less effective than an older 25 mm thick fan that even costs less. "

There is absolutely nothing special about the Toughfan. They shouldn't even be mentioned in the same conversation with the NF-A12X25, unless the context is "Tt ripped off the NF-F12X25 look and blade design for the Toughfan, but it's still as disappointing as you would expect a Tt product to be".

I agree about not supporting Thermaltake, but in that video, and these other 3 reviews Toughfan 12 is very close to the Noctua in performance-to-silence ratio.

Granted we need higher quality reviews, but if the Toughfan 12 is cheaper and a person doesn't want Noctua color, nor cares about warranty, there's no reason not to buy.
However, personally I would recommend the Noctua NF-A12x25, more silent(better motor), better warranty, and supporting Noctua.

Hi. What would be the best for pulling air through demciflex filter and then same fans pulling air through the filter pushes through a ek 240 PE radiator? Corsair Obsidian 750D Dust Filter Kit

Something like 3000rpm?
