Which one should I get? What makes that one better than the other? (Not including the 30$ difference)

The IC7 series is 875 chipset, and P4P800 series is 865 chipset. The difference is minimal, but you will get mildly better performance out of the IC7 series.

I would go with the IC7, for the aforementioned reason, though there is a difference between power cicuitry on the 865 and 875 mobos. 865s tend to have smaller power mosfets. (generally speaking) Which translates into a decreased ability to handle higher voltages.

The direct comparison between the asus and abit offerings, in terms of technology, would be the IC7 and the P4C800 series. (though the asus will be slightly more expensive)

...Or I am wrong. In which case read the above as "Noob vomits on keyboard"

I think the smaller power regulation thing is more manufacturer specific than anything else, cuz I've seen plenty of IS7's and P4P800's putting up numbers similar to their 875 counterparts (IC7 and P4C800, respectively).

SpencerM, pretty much, just stick with Asus or Abit for whatever your final decision is, and you won't be dissatisfied.

I don't think you'll be dissappointed. It's a great mobo. Good Luck!
