Hi,

I just finished my watercooling (RS360 rad) build and overclocked my CPU (i5-3750k) to 4.3ghz

Everything is stable but when I put the cpu at 100%, the temps goes to 50C pretty quickly (and stick there).
When I stop stressing the cpu, the temps goes back to 30C very fast.

It's a matter of 2-3seconds to get to 50C and 3-4seconds to get back to 30C.

I'm using CPUID to get temps.

Is it normal?

Not fluent in the water cooling arena, having said that, only going to 50 and staying and then it drops down to 30. I'd say you are ok. What are your temps when you stress it with Intel Burn Test? My oc'd fx4100 goes to 52 during IBT and then goes to 27 when idle.

Perfectly normal for extremely fast temp changes. They will rise and fall in 1-2 seconds after a load starts or ends. It will jump 10-15C very quick and creep up slowly after that, on air at least. May not creep up with water. Anyway, it is normal.
