I am looking for a good program to over-clock my GPU. I used NVIDIA System Tools, but it had some ill effects. After some time of setting my clocks, it always locked my GPU to a low-power state (383MHz Core/767MHz Shader/301MHz Memory) no matter what clocks I chose. Thus, stuttering occurred when I was playing games. After I uninstalled it, the problems disappeared.

Are there any good alternatives which won't cause the same problem?

Thanks for the recommendation. I downloaded it and extracted the .zip files and it has two files: MSI Kombustor Setup and MSI Afterburner Setup. Should I install both?
