That's the benefit games would see. Notice how they just re-released Skyrim Special Edition in 64 bit caenlen? In the past IIRC that game would crash if it occupied just over 3 gigabytes of memory (no 32 bit app can address more than 4gb)and that's with video memory (textures) being mirrored into RAM as well. That creates a huge limitation for modders (and not just Skyrim modders but developers of modern games in general), now you can game in a world that consumes 16 exabytes, if your hardware can handle that
