Hiya guys! I've been working on doing things in GIMP, and I've chosen to make a new background for my computer based on the following image:
If you look *very* closely, you'll see that the subject is outlined by a single pixel-thin layer of white pixels, and I'm wondering how to get rid of them in a timely manner.
I've tried using the 'Select by Color' tool on extremely low thresholds (0.5, Composite) and then just CTRL+Clicking them to death, but it seems as though even the lowest thresholds select pixels within the subject itself (especially in the "wings" of the subject, which are also white). Since I don't want missing pixels in the subject, I'm trying to find an alternative method of getting rid of that tiny outer layer.
Does anybody have any ideas?
