i3 4150 vs i3 4360 - Extra $30 worth it for home server use?

I've been planning purchasing the i3 4150 for my new home server but was wondering if the slightly faster 4360 is worth the extra $30. It has slightly higher clock speed (3.7 vs 3.5) and an extra MB of L3 cache (4mb vs 3mb). Aside from standard file backups, the server will also be running plex, as well as a development environment for WAMP and SQL Server.

Yea, that was my thinking. this is all just for development, not production use so I'm not crunching major database tables. Thanks for the confirmation. I wish newegg was having some decent sales
