I have a 120hz monitor, tried vsync on and off... still 91 fps no matter what! I have seen people benchmarking the game, and they are able to get more than 91fps... I have dual 6970 running in CrossfireX (both on 16x slot). How do I unlock the fps?

never heard of that problem before. Tried re-installing drivers, force v-sync off in catalyst? Some games have a fps override of some sort to keep away from shuttering and such. But there are cfg files that let you modify them.
goto C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/call of duty modern warfare 3/players and open the config.cfg or config_mp.cfg and search for max fps and change it to whatever you want.
You can only unlock the FPS to your desired value if you're playing in dedicated servers or single player. Your FPS WILL be locked while playing in ranked servers.

config_mp.cfg is your Multiplayer config
config.cfg is your SinglePlayer config.
