OK, so i have a corsair tx750.

In fact I have had about 4 of them in the past year or so in various computer. I like them, it was cheap enough, and I want to mod it.

I am about to mono-sleeve my psu. My question is this: Can i outright remove leads from the power supply.

I only have 2 hdd's. Its all I will ever have, yet i have two cables leading from the power supply designated for various sata power and molex.

If i crack open the powersupply and remove these cables from the source, will there be any negative impact of doing so?

I just did mine like that opened it up and cut unwanted leads just outside case then pulled them through inside PSU and used shrink wrap on each wire to "cap it off".

warranty void if opened...of course I'm sure cut wires will do it too.
