Removing Hard Drive cage

I'm hoping this is the right place to post this.

I wanted to remove the Hard Drive Cage in my Rosewill Thor v2 case. I wanted to move my cpu radiator to the front on my case. But, it looks like the cage is held together with four rivets. So I assume I'm going to have to cut them out. The space I have to work with to cut is pretty narrow. Looking for some suggestions on how I should tackle this?

If you can't fit your drill in there you got two options:

1) get a right angle drill adapter to fit your drill in there. You're going to need a really short one. Smallest one I know of is made by rockwell. Still may not fit though.

2) get a very sharp flat wood chisel and cut the head off. Wood chisels aren't really meant for this and you will probably damage and have to resharpen it with every rivet. Also, while it will cut the head, the expanded neck of the rivet will still be in there, so there will be a certain amount of banging and wiggling to get it out. Fairly good chance the cage itself will be nothing but twisted junk afterwards.

definitely try this first. I was assuming this had already failed.
