3.3v, 5v, and 12v, though most SATA drives will work without the 3.3v, and most SATA SSDs only need 5v.
 
A SATA power connector usually supplies 3.3V, 5V, and 12V, depending on the device. Most hard drives and SSDs mainly use 5V, and some might also use 12V. If you're working with older setups or something specific, looking into the differences between SATA and an ata connector could give you a better idea of what you're dealing with.
