So I have this AS-6202T NAS. It has 2x 4TB HDD's in RAID 1, so 4TB total.

I bought USB3.0 4TB to hook it up in the front usb port.

I can now choose to copy the NAS to the USB in 2 ways: A "1 touch backup" or an "external backup"

But either 2 options don't give me my /home folder to select for back-ing it up. I can select all folders in root, except my /home (where ALL my files are stored in ofcourse)

I'm Dutch, so the screenshot is Dutch, but I put English in it

Well, because of the Chinese Newyear I figured it would take a while to answer my question, but they did after 10 days

So here's the answer (and it works) if you have the same quetion/problem...

Go to Access Control --> Shared Folders and edit the "User Homes" folder. Uncheck the "Disable file access to this shared folder"

Now you can backup all folders (be it in another sub folder called /admin)

So normally it would be:

/home/*

Now it's:

/user home/admin/*

( * = all subfolders in your /home folder)

Thanks for your answer. Working now.
