i runned bf 5 on ultra with epic stutters and 20 fps.

I experienced the same way back in BF3 when Hyperthreading was broken in that game. I was forced to play without HT on a i7 2700K 4.5 GHz. Fps was dipping below 60 a lot with just a R9 290.

I was going to suggest to oc your cpu but you can't.


EDIT: Why would you set BF5 in Ultra with just a 1060? Are you doing the same with other games like PUBG? NO. Especially PUBG. Besides, its harder to see the opponent when setting is high in PUBG.
