Well PowerDVD 16 is supposed to support the format... as per their format page "Note: PowerDVD supports 4K UltraHD video in H.264 / MP4 format at bitrates up to 60 Mbps."

I've got Deadpool an d watched it on my PC... but I just have the standard BluRay and no 4K displays. So I can't personally comment on if its an issue for everyone. It could be one of the movies that will need an update... can't say for sure.
