Hello, I own a Sapphire Nitro RX460 4GB and I wanted to know if somebody could explain to me if my GPU is unlockeable or if I can unlock my BIOS somehow and you could check if it is. Thank you in advance.

Yep, you can. Might be unstable with them unlocked but it's one of the "supported" cards. Flash, test for stability, and if it's stable, you're good. If it's unstable you'll be able to flash back fine - it just won't be 3D stable.
Sorry for replying to an old post but I'm currently trying to find a download link to the modded BIOS for RX 460, but the url you listed is down and I can't find any working downloads.
