I paid more than $600 from Newegg after tax and shipping and binned 3 kits so more than that. I’m also waiting for the 7000+ DDR5 kits. And @Miguelios was the first person to ask.

I have the silver kit that I got off Newegg that was barely used. I paid over $600 after tax/shipping. I would want $600 shipped since they're rare and top tier as far as DDR4 is concerned.

Are you looking for a 2x8 or 2x16 kit? I imagine a 2x16 kit, so...
Ddr4 4000 cl14 is a very binned and expensive kit, even if you can find one. Only top tier b-die can do it at 1.55V. I would recommend (in 32gb kits) if not wanting to pay for that amount, to get either:
-GSkill F4-4000C16D-32GTRSA (4000 cl15 flat @1.40V) at around $300
-GSkill F4-3600C14D-32GTESA (3600 cl14 flat @ 1.45V) at around $380
-TeamGroup TF13D432G3600HC14CDC01 (3600 cl14-15-15) at around $280

With some luck, you would do 4000cl14 bumping Voltage to 1.5 or 1.55 on those kits... I'll try the last one in a few days

I get my tax refund by the end of March. I want to buy a Samsung Odyssey Neo monitor, but I'll do the math. If I have enough left over I'll get the memory.

Would PayPal be okay? Just because they have buyer protection. I'm in Canada and if you include me signing for it with the delivery, you're protected as well.
Let me know, I'm 99% sure I'll buy them.

I already own CL16 3600 G.Skill Neo, not sure the Corsair would be better. I can't find any info online about anyone overclocking them.
