I couldn't find anything solid about it on google so I was wondering what this was and what it does, mine is currently set to Enabled in my bios.

So then, on modern mainboards (Say like Intel 1150 LGA or AMD A88X FM2+'s), with sayan HDD, SSD, Mid ranged GPU, 8GB DDR3 RAM, yadda yadda yadda, should one turn EuP 2013 ON in the BIOS or just leave it off (Default, I believe...at least on my MSI Mobo)?
