got any proof of that? 4.4ghz @ nearly 100c?

The higher the temps the exponentially harder it becomes to maintain stability. Conversely, the easier it becomes with much lower temps. You'll be able to maintain higher speeds with lesser volts, or go for outright higher speeds at insane volts. Depends how much cooling you have.

ummm no, try again. Not nearly close to 100c. I would bet my pc on the fact that if it went into the 80 to 90c range that 4.4 would fail. Temperatures play a humongous factor in stability, especially when factoring in prime or linx.

It's not true. My best friend has 920 c0, he rolls LinX for 2 hours on 92-94C and has no problem.

1. 5700 isn't far off 6000mhz, much less far enough off to call it impossible. I've hit 5.225 on dice with a c0. All's it takes is the right chip and the right cooling.

2. My friend this and my friend that.. got any proof of a 90+c 4.4ghz stable run? If not, please be quiet now. Friends of friends of friends of cousins do not count. I mean I could roll in linx @ 100c all day long too...aslong as it wasn't throttling...@ stock speeds.

depends on the cpu and the usage, and the amount of time between benching session. I'd say a good multi session @ 5hrs a session. Again it really depends on the dewar used to store the ln2 between session. It's a variable factor based on design and condition of the vacuum.
