I was hoping someone could explain how to use this properly for system OC stability testing RAM, i have read all included documentation and tried searching for threads here but cant seem to find anyone explaining how to set this program up to Test Ram stability.

In all honesty, I would like to know the same think. Yesterday I have ran the stress test on my 5950X stock with my memory running 3800 CL16 which is overclocked. I mostly wanted to do it to test the memory more so than the cpu. But after about an hour or so when I went to check again I saw that the system restarted. Now taken that the processor is running stock, not even with pbo I know it will not be because of the processor, but it also won't really restart for a ram error or so I thought....

This guide mentions y-cruncher and how to use it for memory testing. I didn't try it yet, though.
