Orthos Prime v20060420. This is dual-core prime. It runs one instance, which stresses both cores.

Cool. Does it require you to run two instances to stress a quad-core, or does it scale with the number of cores?

I was thinking about that as well. I don't know to be honest. If I had a quad core I'd test but.. unfortunately I don't.

It only goes to two. I've been looking for a variant that auto-scales from 1 to 4 or more, haven't found anything yet.

Just run Prime95 and 4 cores.

I just ran this and I have 1 error with the cpu and ram stress test. How do I fix this and what the heck does that mean? Thanks, appreciated it!

what type of error was it?

Was it on A big number like 1024 or something like 8?

I usually get the overclock to pass for at least an hour or so, then you run it overnight to see if it's truley stable.

I think 24hours is the standard for declaring an overclock 100% 24/7 stable.

Hi,

I cant get this to work! As soon as I press start I get a popup saying "The driver didn't load" I'm running Vista x64 do you think that is the problem?

Run Command as Administrator, type "bcdedit -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS" without quotation marks and you should be able to run Orthos, Speedfan, CPU-Z and almost anything with non-validated drivers.

I've got the same prob, and this fix didn't work

I've been googling for the past hour trying to find a fix and can't find anything.
