I have just tried to move the ram to the other two slots, still q-code 94 still no boot still probably motherboard fault i guess

UPDATE: i've just tried reseating both nvme, mounted the GPU on the second pcie slot, tried a 780 ti insteaad of the 3090 and I'm still unable to boot (still stucked to q-code 94). So clearly not a gpu issue or something, dunno how to proceed now...
Try without the nvme´s could be one of them being faulty too. If you didnt try yet from reading sounds like you always had the OS one plugged in.

As I told you, it may be the Pcie controller of the processor, the best is to check in a computer store to see if it comes from the CPU or the motherboard. Since you no longer have a choice, try updating the bios on the usb bios flashback port with the minimum (if you have another keyboard it will be better). Good Luck

I don't think i have any way to test the CPU as you said, i will do some more tests during the weekend and then try to reflash another BIOS version as last resort (when i flashed the first time, it also has taken quite time to complete it; maybe it went wrong too). If i don't get any fix in these two days on monday i will contact the mobo seller to rma it hoping that the CPU Is fine. I don't think i have other choice

When I go from EZ Flash bios it takes me about 5-10 minutes to flash the bios, UEFI bios are much more complete and more larger, more than 5 minutes is normal.
I hope for you that the CPU is ok.

Do you have a capture card or the m.2 expansion plugged into the other pcie? Im having the same issue and when i take my thunderbolt card it works fine but with it in i restart into bootloops at code 94. Im trying a bios update atm

Did this work? I'm having a similar issue. Changed the graphics card, so had to update psu hence all new cables still 94 pops on motherboard. Anyone found a solution to this?
