for some reason UT3 is locked at 62 FPS even without VSYNC on, i looked over google and they refer to utengine.ini and that apparently doesn't exist in the steam version. is there another way i can turn it off?

well this is all i could find, talks about the utengine folder also. i dont have my game installed so i cant tell your for sure where it is but i can find those files in other games i have on steam. just not the ut3 files obviosly. i got to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common, and select the game and the config folder. like i said if its not in there sorry to not be any help i just dont have UT3 installed right now so i cant tell you for sure.
