LaCie Electron 22 Blue II monitor

The printing company I work at is closing down and they've got just a ton of stuff that couldn't be auctioned off and they're letting people take it home else it gets thrown away. This LaCie monitor is one of a few things I've grabbed so far, and since I know nothing about CRT monitors I thought I'd get your opinions.

It's in good condition and although I haven't tested it yet, I'm told it works just fine. So, worth using as a second monitor to my U2311H or should I just try to sell it (assuming it's worth much)?

There's also a 19" Dell M993s that I can get tomorrow, if that's any good.

That resolution at that frequency sounds good, however i'm not familiar with how good of a brand it is.

Just tested it out, forgot how awful 4:3 was for games.

Seems like it'd be nice for Photoshop and such, but I don't do much of that. Suppose I'll just try selling it locally then.

I have a 27" LaCie Electron22 Blue IV, and it's the best monitor I've ever owned. I paid $10 for it off Craigslist. Vivid colors and sharp images. Better than any widecreen monitor I've seen. CRT's still have the best quality for colors.

However, now I'd like to upgrade to a widescreen with a resolution of 2560 x 1440. Supposedly, these are even better than the typical 1920 resolutions. I've been looking at Yamakasi and Achieva Shimian from Korea as their prices are much lower than the more popular brands.
