I hope it's ok to post this here. I recently did a tutorial on the technique I use to lace (stitch,
sew) the cables in my builds. I know there are other versions out there (I'm sure many of you
are familiar with Frank's method), but this is the version at which I arrived after doing some
research earlier this year. It's mostly based on a technique I've seen used to tie rectangular
cable bundles to ladder racks, modified to be usable in a free-floating scenario.
The audio is a bit on the low side (sorry about that), which I will fix in any possible future
vids. It should still be easy enough to follow though.
With Nylon thread, the final result will (can) look like this (see also this post in my build log
for more info).
