Hi guys. Just finished my build which includes an alphacool dual d5 bay res, a 240 Monsta and an st30 360. Had some issues with the bay res, mainly because I didnt do my research in running 2 pumps in serial.
One issue remains and i hope you have some tips. There is a leak somewhere in front plate, between the acrillic and the cover plate that has the logo on it. (see pictures) No issues if I run pumps at 3, but if I run them at 5 and the reservoir is over 75% full it starts leaking. I tried contacting Alphacool through their site but no answer last 48 hrs. Any suggestions or possibly direct contact for alohacool

Sorry you are experiencing this problem the issue is the o-ring on the front fill port. please check to see if it is in place and the condition of it it may need replacing. You can contact alphacool directly using info@alphacool.com

Yeah didnt notice any problems with the o-ring either, but replaced it with a G3/8 Bitspower ring which is quite a bit thicker. That solved all my problems, dont need to tighten the fill port screw more than usual. Tried tightening it when I was still using the Alphacool ring but that didnt solve the issue for me.Originally Posted by yttocstfarc
