I removed all my dust filters because in my opinion they reduce air flow. Yes you have to clean your system more often but I have found my systems run cooler without them. Since I do not smoke, dust is kept to a minimum in my home. It may not be the answer you want but keeping them is more trouble than it is worth in my humble opinion.

If you lived in a dry desert like I do, you would be happy to have filters. Yes, they do restrict air flow but all you need is to increase fan speed or get better fans.

Not enough pressure and volume.

that doesn't sound too good lol. They always recommend for any case to have positive instead of negative pressure, if I set the front fans to exhaust, then my case is 100% negative pressure lol

Blowing dust from a filter is far more effective than vacuuming.

Do both. Blow/Vacuum. It's also convenient to have an electronic air duster b/c I feel like disposable air blowers damage the environment.

It's good to vacuum your environment so the air intake from the environment is cleaner. It's also good to blow internally to get rid of the dust accumulation inside the pc case.

While I agree with the Emu, my filters are usually vacuumed, not blown. Couple of good reasons are blowing tends to open up the hole sizes in filter more than passing a vacuum over them .. and unless they are taken out of house blowing them blows .. dust everywhere while vacuuming sucks .. it into a bag.

I vacuum my filters while in place on the computer every few days to increase the intervals between full cleanings. Once I finish the case I working on, I'll just pop in a new filter in every month or so.

One thing that is nice about the DEMCIfilters is blowing them out won't hurt them (it won't hurt foam either as long as you don't use too much pressure). Or, one can rinse them out. If they get really nasty, soap and water and a very gentle brushing will get them clean.

Indeed it does depend on filter media.

If really dirty like in a house with smokers blowing and / or washing become more necessary. The smaller the particulate filter catches, the more prone to damage they become to pressurized air cleaning.
