Just checked Nvidia inspector here and the SOTTR profile was there. Perhaps try a reinstall?

Just wondering when they will get rid of this, been outstanding for a long time... Using power monitoring in GPU monitor tools causes micro stutter. [2110289/2049879]
The GPU power monitoring in MSI Afterburner and HWiNFO64 doesn't cause micro-stutter, even when both are running at the same time. I've used that combo on my last few systems (6600K+1080, 1700X+1080, 1950X+TitanXp, 2700X+TitanXp) with no problems whatsoever.

Is it only a problem with specific tools or hardware?

Not sure, but I get a micro-stutter when gaming with afterburner on with my 1080ti in almost every game. It's not constant but damn it always happens when I don't need it to happen. I reformatted hoping that might make a difference but now I just turn off AB before I game and no issues.

Thought they fixed that years ago, it used to be really bad. It's at least better than how it was several years back. Think I need to do some tests and see if it is better without Afterburner and its overlay. Never play without it, and there is no doubt some small stutter at times, perhaps this is the issue STILL (had several problems with this before)..

There is also a 399.28 Vulkan beta driver.

https://developer.nvidia.com/vulkan-driver
Developer Beta Driver Downloads
Windows driver version 399.28 and Linux driver version 396.54.05 provide new features for Vulkan developers to test their upcoming Vulkan applications.
So not really worth downloading for us then. How many games use Vulkan now anyways? I only have Doom and Wolfenstein 2. Like it in those two.
