I see no reason why it wouldn't fit... there's quite some free space behind the motherboard. Worst case you would have to remove the front IO or something like that.
I have encountered a post on reddit where they totally 'butchered' the case and moved the PSU to the front entirely, basically ripping out the entire drive cage.
This allowed them to fit a huge cooler on the processor.

Front-Mounting a psu in a SG13 is easy* and modernizes this dinosaur : r/sffpc (reddit.com)

I'm seriously tempted to put an 7800X3D on one of these boards, with a large Noctua cooler. (I don't run a GPU so that's not a problem)

I mean, that fron-mounted PSU gives you significantly less motherboard clearance... it might sitll fit but you won't have access to those ports in the back... unless you skip on SFX PSUs entirely and find a way to attach a HDPlex GaN or something similar in the front.

What use case do you have for a 7800X3D that involves no GPU at all? I would think most server use-cases benefit more from a 7900X or something...

I am deciding if I do the front mount SFX (I think the link, which I provided was someone doing a full size supply?) the SFX would fit nicer.
I only need onboard video, I play no games at all, I require beef processor for the stuff which I do to my systems, they get utterly thrashed.
