Hey guys,

would appreciate your advice on new build, last one lasted for 8 years.

Current moniror is: Samsung 23" LCD 1080p, which I plan to upgrade for 1440p 120+Mhz

CPU
: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D OEM
MB: GIGABYTE X870 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 ICE
PU: DeepCool PL800D
RAM: ADATA XPG Lancer RGB 64GB (2x32GB)
CPU Cooler: LIAN LI HydroShift LCD 360SW
Case: Zalman P50 DS White
SSD: 2TB Samsung 9100 PRO SSD NVMe M.2
Graphics Card: GTX 5080 (maybe stretch the budet and get 5090 to futureproof?)

Apparently HWinfo64 is using the cooler sensor in the 9100, there are two and the other one is reading ~9C over the "cooler" one, during reads and writes.

You probably don't need 64GB ram if you're buying an 9800X3D CPU, get 32GB 6000 CL28/CL30 kit instead. Go for a cheaper M.2 SSD, that way you have enough for more than one drive.
Could you please kindly explan briefly to a rookie why 32Gb better then 64Gb with that CPU? And give examples what to buy instead?

i would fit in AT LEAST a 27 inch 1440p OLED 240Hz monitor.
I have separate budget for a monitor - any advice on particular good models?
Really not sure why i need to go 4K, i'm totally fine in 1080p now, i think i prefer stay 1440p. and futureproof the build for a while. But maybe I'm wrong.
I'm really sensetive to input lag. Not a pro gamer by any means, but for example i couldnt play Mortal Kombat multiplayer on my TV with 40ms input lag. So i need "gaming" monitor, but would prefer it look just as a normal one, without crazy designs or colors.

GPU:
Any recomendaton on RTX 5080 manufacturer?
Palit RTX 5080 GamingPro 16Gb is 1400$ here - seems fine. Maybe better to pay more for other manufacturer like Asus etc?

32GB is perfectly fine for gaming, and i'm going on the limb that you're most likely using the 9800x3D for it's Gaming performance right.

Unless you also plan on doing memory intensive tasks such as rendering, compiling large projects and etc, that money could be better utilized elsewhere.

You can go for a G.Skill 32GB 6000 CL30 kit if you want to just set the ram to XMP and forget about it. Or a G.Skill 32GB 6000 CL26 kit if you want to OC.

Any 5080 vendor is fine, go for the one that is cheapest.

Guys, could you kindly advice on Case and GPU.

Case:
Currently have White NZXT S340 Elite - really like it, what's something similar, but modern on the market?

-White
-Quiet
-Minimalistic with glass door/s.

GPU:
What are some cool and quiet RTX5080 manufacturers you can recommend?
Should I opt for AMD 7900XTX 24Gb maybe since the prices are the same as GTX5080?

PU:
What can you recommend to future proof myself? Maybe go for 1000W? Advice on manufacturer?

The Ryzen 7 9800X3D is a fantastic choice for gaming and productivity thanks to its 3D V-Cache, and pairing it with a high-end X870 board and 64GB of RAM gives you plenty of headroom. The DeepCool PSU and Lian Li AIO cooler are solid picks too. As for the GPU, if your budget allows, going for the RTX 5090 could be a smart move for futureproofing, especially since you're planning to move up to 1440p at 120Hz or higher.

A few things. I wouldn't fudge on the mobo or the GPU. If you do and after it's all said and done you might regret it. $4K is still a good bit of change and my advice is to start at the top and work down.

Guys, I'm still choosing the parts, my major concern is weather or not to buy RTX5090 for 2k gaming.

Price seems okay. bit I'm kinda worry about heat generation by 5090. I'm sensetive and remember the times when PC raised room temperature. So is it a good idea to get 5090 if I don't want furnance. Any tips? Thinking maybe to wait new GPUs from AMD...
Or get 5090 already and start enjoying gaming life, maybe advice on what manufacturer to get?
